A lottery bond is required of any facility with a lottery machine by the state government. This bond guarantees the proper use of the machine, as not to abuse the state's lottery system. Typically, lottery bonds are low risk and relatively small when compared to other commercial surety bonds. If fact, some lotto bonds are too small for agencies to consider, being that they are unprofitable to write.
Bonding companies are freely writing this low risk bond, provided that the applicant qualifies under the standard Suretyship underwriting methods.
For new companies with no credit, or for those with poor credit, please apply for our bad credit surety bond program. This program allows those who typically cannot be bonded, to get bonded. This program is available for lottery/lotto bonds.
