Auto, Motorcycle, and truck dealers must be licensed with the state. Trailer dealers are not required to be licensed. To qualify for a license the dealer must have an established place of business and a business name which identifies them as a vehicle dealer

Dealers msut have at least one licensed salesperson per location. Use tax must be paid for any new behicles sold
