Jessica Horton is a Renewal Specialist Agent that provides a sense of ease for her clients. She works closely with the renewal manager to ensure each renewal is invoiced and payment has been received. Jessica has been in the Surety Bond industry since 2017. She graduated Penn State University with her Bachelor’s degree in Business with a specialization in Management & Marketing. Jessica has been in the customer service industry since 2011. In her free time Jessica enjoys to travel, spend time with the people she loves and her orange tabby cat named Buddy.
